I had a comprehensive eye exam with Dr Heather this morning.  I hadn’t been there for several years and this office keeps getting better and better. The latest equipment and the staff are excellent.  Dr Heather is the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. She is so knowledgeable and willingly shares her knowledge with you so you completely understand the condition of your eyes and vision. Her pricing is completely transparent, very competitive, and I trust her and her staff to present all options when deciding on glasses or contacts. Dr Heather was recommended to me by family members. She’s very kind, knowledgeable & an excellent eye doctor. She listens to all of my concerns and explains everything so well. What an amazing experience my husband and I had! The eye doctor explained everything in detail. Front desk very friendly and they explain what it would cost. Dee the lady who helps find your glasses was amazing! What a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you all so much for taking good care of our eyes!

I recently visited this practice and was very impressed with the care we received. My daughter broke her glasses the night before, and they were able to get us in right away. They helped us pick out new frames and performed a very thorough eye exam. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the experience and truly appreciate how well they took care of us.

I had my first visit with Dr Heather since moving to Cape Coral and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.  My neighbor referred me to her due to their positive experiences. Her staff were anll great. Everything was explained up front so there were no surprises.  I needed both contacts and an update to my glasses RX.  Dr Heather completed my exam and took all the time needed to make sure I was comfortable and had just what I needed.  I would highly recommend Dr Heather and her team for both eyeglass and contact  care!

I’ve never felt more comfortable at the eye doctor. This is something that’s always given me anxiety but Dr. Heather and her team warmly welcomed me and made the whole process incredibly easy. They patiently listened to all my history and concerns and asked very thorough questions. So glad I found my forever eye doctor! Fabulous team! I also purchased a pair of glasses which I haven’t done since I was a child (I’ve always just gone online). Very reasonably priced.

Such a wonderful group, everyone in office is so great and pleasant. They took me last min on a Friday due to an urgent eye issue. Dr Heather is empathetic with great bed side manner and makes you feel taken care of when you leave. If you're searching for a great optometrist with amazing office staff, this is your place.

The office staff down to the receptionist to the medical assistance and the doctor are wonderful. They are very caring people. Dr. Heather takes her time with you and explains everything to you. I highly recommend that office.
